Organising the Camino for your group: the logistics support
What we handle
Everything you shouldn't have to do alone.
01
Lodging along the route
We select and book the accommodation stage by stage, tuned to your group's level and pace.
02
Luggage transfer
The backpacks travel from one stage to the next. The group walks light, with only what the day needs.
03
Bookings and payments
We handle supplier bookings, deposits and balances. We can also collect payments from individual participants.
04
Insurance and contracts
Insurance coverage for participants and proper classification of the travel package, compliant with our licence XG-803.
05
On-site support 24/7
A point of reference reachable 24/7 during the Camino. If something falls through, we sort it out.
06
Travel documents
Itinerary, stage notes and materials ready for the group, from the first day to the last.
What stays with you
The part no one can do for you.
01
The relationship with the group
You are the point of reference for the people. You gather them, you motivate them, you keep the group alive before and during the Camino.
02
The storytelling and the guiding
If you guide, you walk with them and give the experience meaning. We stay behind the scenes.
03
The vision of the itinerary
You bring your idea of the Camino: theme, pace, places. We turn it into a trip that is sellable and manageable.
Fee or net model
Earn a fee, or buy net. You decide.
01
On a fee
You add your fee on top of our service and it stays with you. Transparent, agreed up front.
02
On net
You buy at a reserved net rate and set the price to the group yourself. We choose the model together, based on how you work.
03
Minimum participants
We assess every group case by case. The minimum number of participants depends on route and season, and we tell you on request.
Customisation
We design the stages around your group.
01
Pace and distance
Short or demanding stages, rest days, points of interest: we build the route on the group's real level.
02
The right route
French Way, Portuguese Way, Northern Way, Primitivo and other walking routes across Europe, all in our catalogue.
03
Tailored extras
Transfers, extra nights, dietary or mobility needs: we keep it inside the organisation.
Do you organise lodging and luggage transfer for my group?
Yes. We book the accommodation stage by stage and handle the transfer of the backpacks from one lodging to the next. The group walks light.
I do the guiding, you do the logistics?
Exactly. You stay the point of reference in the field and guide the people. We take care of bookings, payments, insurance and support, behind the scenes.
What is the minimum number of participants?
We assess every group case by case. The minimum depends on the route and the season: we tell you on request when you share the project.
Do I earn a fee or buy net?
Whichever you prefer. You can add your fee on top of our service, or buy at a reserved net rate and set the price to the group yourself. We choose together.
Is there on-site support 24/7?
Yes. During the Camino there is a point of reference reachable 24/7 to handle the unexpected, so you can focus on the group.
Can I customise the stages?
Yes. Pace, distance, rest days and points of interest adapt to your group. We start from your idea of the itinerary.
Do you handle participants' bookings and payments?
Yes. We handle supplier bookings and, if needed, also collect payments from individual participants, with deposits and balances tracked.
What insurance coverage is included?
Insurance coverage for participants and civil liability on operations, with proper classification of the travel package. Policy details on request.
What do you need from me?
Your idea of the Camino, the group and rough dates. From there we build the itinerary and the collaboration model together.
