Four principles
we never negotiate.
One small step
that changed everything.
In 2014 we had no plan. We had a backpack, a trail and the desire to share what walking was teaching us. From there we built, step by step, everything we've become.
The Camino meeting
Vincenzo and Deborah meet on the way to Santiago. No business plan — just the same obsession: that walking could change people's lives.
We walk first
We decide never to offer a walk we haven't done ourselves. We cover over 100 itineraries across Europe and Japan, pack on back, just like our travellers.
The guides
We write the first official Camino guides. In a few years: 30,000 copies sold, 100,000 readers. An honest tool for anyone who wants to start well.
We become Wayure
Apiediperilmondo becomes Wayure Travel SL. A new name for a bigger vision — but the same hands and the same heart from that first trail in 2016.
Facts, not promises.
What we
truly believe.
These aren't lines on a website. They're the reasons we do this work, and the questions we ask ourselves every time we build a journey for someone.
Radical Care
Every detail gets the same attention we give to our own walks. There's no 'good enough'.
Responsible Freedom
We believe in the traveller's full autonomy. Our support is invisible — you feel free, but someone always has your back.
Quiet Quality
Luxury isn't display. It's the right guesthouse in the right place, the punctual transfer, the documentation down to the last detail.
Human Connection
Every traveller has a dedicated contact. You're not a booking reference — you're a person with a story worth respecting.
Authenticity
We don't offer what we haven't lived. We don't sell pre-packaged experiences. Every walk is real, tested, honest.
Positive Impact
For every journey we plant trees with Tree Nation and Treedom. We want to give back to the land that gives to us every time we walk.
Before you write,
meet us.
Three minutes to understand who we are, how we work, and why thousands of people walk with us every year.
The guides that
change the route.
We wrote the guides we wished we'd had the first time. Honest, practical, field-tested. Over 30,000 people have used them to start well.
We're looking for people who walk and want to build.
We don't want CVs. We want people who believe in the power of walking and want to be part of something growing — with the same spirit we started with.
