Functional cookies allow the website to remember choices made by the user, such as preferred language, currency or other customisations, in order to offer a more consistent browsing experience on subsequent visits.

These cookies do not track browsing on other websites and do not create advertising profiles. They are activated only with your consent.

These cookies are used to display advertisements relevant to the user's interests, both on our website and on third-party websites. They also allow the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to be measured.

The processing of data carried out via cookies is based on the following legal grounds under art. 6 GDPR:

• Strictly necessary technical cookies: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and exemption from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive.
• Analytical, functional and marketing cookies: explicit consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via cookie banner before any activation. Consent may be freely withdrawn at any time without prejudice.

Some of the listed cookie providers (in particular Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc.) are based in the United States. The transfer of data to third countries takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided for by arts. 44–49 GDPR, in particular through:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission;
• EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of July 2023), in the case of certified providers.

• Erasure (art. 17): request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restriction (art. 18): request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
• Portability (art. 20): receive data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
• Objection (art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Withdrawal of consent (art. 7.3): withdraw consent given at any time, without prejudice to prior processing.
