Zambon: 120 years celebrated on the Camino de Santiago.
Zambon, an international pharmaceutical group, chose for its 120th anniversary not to gather its people in a hall, but on a walk. We designed and produced the entire experience for 250 people coming from around the world: six days of travel with the Camino de Santiago as the emotional backbone and six evening events, complete with direction, audio, video, videomakers and photographers. Charter flight, transfers, gala dinners and on-site support, from start to finish. A corporate milestone turned into a shared memory, step by step.
A complete event. A walk at its heart.
We become one with your company to make your walking event unforgettable.
Concept & strategy
We start from your goal: anniversary, kickoff, leadership, incentive, team building. We design the concept and the narrative, with training and team coaching sessions if you want them.
The walk
Not just the Camino de Santiago: we choose from every walking trip in our catalogue, across 9 countries. We only organise what we know perfectly, because we have walked it ourselves.
Logistics & flights
Charter or scheduled flights, transfers, support buses and backup vehicles for any eventuality, hotels, catering, luggage handling. All coordinated by a single team.
Events & dinners
Gala dinners, themed evenings, celebratory moments. The evening becomes part of the story, not an afterthought.
Branding & direction
Event identity, materials, signage, photographer and video. Your company at the centre of the stage.
Storytelling & memory
Content during and after: memory video, galleries, reports. The experience keeps speaking once you're back.
Gadgets & personalisation
Welcome kits, branded gadgets, custom technical wear and bespoke materials. Every detail carries the company's identity, from the first day to the last.
On the trail, hierarchies fall away.
A walk is not just another incentive. It is shared effort, common rhythm, slow time. It builds bonds no meeting room can, and it does so naturally.
Shared effort
Walking together unites. You move at the same pace, you wait for each other, you encourage each other.
Real conversations
No screens, no roles. Side by side, people truly talk.
Digital detox
Days away from notifications. The mind clears and ideas start flowing again.
Real wellbeing
Movement, nature, sleep. A real investment in energy, climate and company culture.
From the first call to the last step.
Listening
We understand the goal, the people, the timing and the budget. No rush.
Design
Concept, route, day-by-day programme and a detailed quote.
Production
Bookings, flights, suppliers, permits. We handle it.
On-site direction
Our team with you, on location, for the whole experience.
After
Content, reports and memory. And the base for next time.
From ten people to five hundred.
What companies ask us.
How many people can join a corporate walking trip?+
We work with groups from 10 to 500 people. For Zambon we managed 250 people coming from around the world. Stages, logistics and direction are calibrated to the size of the group.
How long does a team building event on the Camino de Santiago last?+
We work on a minimum of 4 days: below that the walk doesn't do its work, the group needs time to open up and real conversations to emerge. Most corporate projects run between 4 and 6 days.
What does organising a corporate walking event include?+
Everything: event concept, route, charter or scheduled flights, transfers, accommodation, gala dinners, evenings, audio and video service, photographers and on-site direction. A single team from the idea to the last step.
Is the walk suitable for people who are not fit?+
Yes. We calibrate distances and elevation to the real group, with alternative stages for those who want to walk less. Support buses and backup vehicles follow the group for any eventuality: no one is left behind.
Does it work for international, multilingual companies?+
Yes. The Zambon experience brought together 250 people from different countries. We run the event in several languages, with dedicated support for each nationality.
How much does it cost to organise a corporate event on the Camino?+
Every project is bespoke: the cost depends on the number of people, days, flights and the scale of the events. After a first call we give you a detailed quote with no obligation.
How far in advance should we book?+
It depends on the numbers: the bigger the group, the more time it takes. For major events, especially above 100 people, we recommend starting at least 10 months ahead. Flights, accommodation and logistics for large groups need to be locked in well in advance.
Can you add training or team coaching to the walk?+
Yes, if you want. We integrate training, workshops and team coaching sessions along the route or during the evenings, built around the company's goals.
