How the partnership works

From accreditation to departure, one single flow.

01

Partner accreditation

We qualify you as a partner agency or tour operator, and you unlock the reserved net rate list and the proposals portal.

02

Tailor-made proposal

You tell us the route, dates, level and number of travellers. We build a tailor-made proposal, not an off-the-shelf package.

03

Confirmation and operations

Once the proposal is confirmed, we handle lodging bookings, luggage transfer and travel documents. You never touch a supplier.

04

After-sales and support

On-site support during the Camino and management of the unexpected. Your client always has a point of reference.

Net rates and margin

Buy net, you decide the margin.

01

Reserved net rate list

Net rates reserved for partners, shared on request after accreditation. No public prices to discount by hand.

02

Net or commission

We work on a net rate with your mark-up, or on commission on the public price. We choose the model that fits you together.

03

Transparent margin

Price broken down by service: you always know what you are buying and what you apply your margin to.

Your client

The client stays yours.

01

No disintermediation

We do not contact your client for commercial purposes. The relationship and the renewal stay with the agency.

02

Compliant documents

As a tour operator, documents and vouchers go out in our name, as the law requires. The commercial relationship stays yours.

03

We stay behind the scenes

We are the operational structure that stays out of sight. You remain the face of the experience.

Licence XG-803 and insurance

A licensed tour operator, we operate worldwide.

01

Licence XG-803

We operate as a tour operator with licence XG-803 and a base in Santiago, licensed to organise trips not only in Spain but worldwide. Responsibility for the travel package is ours, fully compliant.

02

Insurance coverage

Insurance coverage for travellers and civil liability on operations. Policy details provided to partners on request.

03

On-site support 24/7

A point of reference reachable 24/7 during the Camino, to handle the unexpected without any of it falling on you.

Available routes

Beyond the French Way.

01

The Caminos de Santiago

French Way, Portuguese Way, Northern Way, Primitivo, English Way and their variants, all in our Camino catalogue.

02

Not only Santiago

We also run other self-guided walking routes across Europe. If your client is after a specific itinerary, just ask: we cover it almost every time.

03

Tailor-made, not off the shelf

Stages, pace and service level adapt to the traveller. No rigid package.

Proposals portal

Wayers Lounge Partners: proposal, deposit, booking.

01

You receive the proposal

Every proposal lands in the partner portal: services, flights, itemised price, ready to pass on to your client.

02

Deposit and confirmation

You handle deposit and confirmation from the portal. The money flow across proposal, deposit and booking is tracked.

03

The booking opens on its own

Once the deposit is confirmed, the operational booking starts automatically. You follow the status, we execute.

Do you offer net or confidential rates?

Yes. Net rates are reserved for accredited partners and shared on request, they are not published on the site. That way your margin stays protected.

Do trips go out under my brand or yours?

As a tour operator, documents and vouchers go out in our name, as regulations require. The relationship with the client stays yours: we do not disintermediate and we stay behind the scenes.

Who keeps the client?

The client stays yours. We do not contact them for commercial purposes and we do not disintermediate. The relationship and the renewal belong to the agency.

Are you licensed to operate in Spain?

Yes. We operate as a tour operator with licence XG-803 and a base in Santiago, licensed to organise trips not only in Spain but worldwide. Responsibility for the travel package is ours, in full compliance with the rules.

Who handles operations and emergencies?

We take care of it: lodging bookings, luggage transfer, documents and on-site support 24/7. You manage neither suppliers nor the unexpected.

Do you work on commission or net plus mark-up?

Both. You can buy at a net rate and apply your mark-up, or work on commission on the public price. We choose the model together.

Do you cover routes beyond the French Way?

Yes. French Way, Portuguese Way, Northern Way, Primitivo, English Way and the variants, plus other walking routes across Europe. If you are after a specific itinerary, just ask.

How do I receive the proposals?

Through the Wayers Lounge Partners portal: every proposal arrives with services, flights and an itemised price, ready to pass on to your client, with deposit and booking handled from the same portal.

What insurance coverage is included?

Coverage for travellers and civil liability on operations. Policy details are provided to partners on request during accreditation.

How quickly do you reply?

We reply to partner enquiries within 24 working hours. For a full proposal, timing depends on the complexity of the itinerary.
