Can I change the dates of my already booked trip?
Yes, in many cases it is possible. Contact us as soon as possible: changes depend on property availability. Message us on WhatsApp for a quick response.
I have an urgent problem while on the trail. What do I do?
Call us or message us on WhatsApp immediately. During the trip we are available for any emergency, both at +39 391 75 13 937 and +34 683 319 620.
How do I receive my personalised guide and travel documents?
We send everything by email in the days before departure. If you receive nothing within 48 hours of the agreed date, contact us immediately.
Can I cancel my trip? What are the conditions?
The cancellation conditions are stated in your booking documents. For any doubts, consult the terms and conditions or contact us directly.
I don't have a booked trip yet. Can I request information?
Of course. For a new trip we recommend using the dedicated form: it is designed to gather the right information and give you a useful response, not an automated quote.
